We're here to make sure you get the highest-quality products and services we can, which includes responding to any issues or queries you may have. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us with the details and we will fix it until you are completely satisfied!

As we only deal in only customized products, we can only return or refund in case of damaged products.


Going to cancel the order?

We start the manufacturing process immediately as we receive the order, so you will not be able to cancel your customized orders once you have checked out the product.

Want changes in your order?

Please go over the design carefully online or with our designers before you confirm your order if you have uploaded your own design or given details of what you're looking for. Before you send in your order, double-check that all of the personal information you've shared is accurate and free of grammatical or spelling errors. Any issues that arise as a result of the order cannot be resolved, we apologize!

Want to exchange your Order?

You cannot exchange order once it has been placed because it is made according to your specifications and customizations. If the item does not meet our published specifications, you may be eligible for an exchange at the discretion of the Printit.
